6. Modifications to Services and Itineraries

Flamingo Egypt Tours reserves the right to make necessary modifications to itineraries, accommodations, or transportation arrangements due to factors such as weather, safety concerns, operational requirements, or supplier availability. We will make all reasonable efforts to provide an alternative of equal or superior quality. We are not liable for any minor deviations or changes that do not materially affect the overall quality of the Service.

7. Client Obligations and Conduct

Clients are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward all our staff, including tour guides and drivers, as well as fellow travelers and local communities. Clients are solely responsible for adhering to all local laws, customs, and regulations during their trip.

8. Travel Documents and Identification

All clients are required to carry a valid passport or an official Egyptian national ID card for the duration of the trip. This is essential for hotel check-ins and access to archaeological sites. Flamingo Egypt Tours is not responsible for any issues or expenses incurred due to a client’s failure to provide valid identification.

9. Liability and Indemnification

9.1. Limitation of Liability

Flamingo Egypt Tours acts solely as an agent for the providers of the various Services, including hotels, transport companies, and activity operators. Our liability is limited to the direct damages caused by our own gross negligence or willful misconduct in the performance of our duties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property arising from acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.

9.2. Force Majeure

Flamingo Egypt Tours is not responsible for any delays, changes, or cancellations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, government actions, epidemics, or pandemics. In such cases, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the Service or provide a suitable alternative, but we are not obligated to issue a refund.

10. Health and Fitness Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring that they are medically and physically fit to undertake the selected tour. You must inform us in writing at the time of booking of any pre-existing health conditions, disabilities, allergies, or dietary restrictions. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual whose health or physical condition may pose a risk to themselves or others.

11. Third-Party Services

We carefully select and vet all our third-party suppliers, including hotels and transport providers. While we take full responsibility for ensuring their professional conduct, their services are subject to their own terms and conditions, and any disputes should be raised with the supplier directly in addition to reporting them to us.
